Abstract
This study explores the key success factors of action learning teams with open group problems for CEOs in small and medium enterprises. Prior studies were analyzed with CEO targeted action learning program to achieve the research objectives. For this study, action learning program with open group problems in a CEO course in A university has been selected. The researcher conducted a participant observation and the key success factors were derived through interviews with team members and responsible action learning coaches who participated in the program. Key success factors were understanding of action learning and voluntary participation in learners side. To facilitate learners to master the challenges to the nature and challenges of individual process tasks manner, to develop the possibility of individual through team activities, and to facilitate the reflection activities are key success factors in the coaching side. Consequently, the action learning based on open group problem solving presents a new alternative to professionals who want to design the action learning team to target CEOs in SMEs and to CEOs to solve business issues. However, as this study as a single case has limitations on the generalization of the key success factors of open group projects approach of action learning programs, in future studies, additional research is needed to be able to analyze key success factors to expand through multiple examples of how action learning program challenges individuals.

Abstract
China is Korea"s largest trading partner. Comparing the economies of China and South Korea, China"s economy in 2004 is 1.7 times that of South Korea. Economy gap between Korea and China is expected to continue to grow considering that per capita GDP in China is a mere $6,807 in 2013. Due to the Korea-China FTA, Korea-China trade volume will increase. It is necessary to establish the detailed export strategy in five strategic industries in Jeolabukdo. Using the trade specialization index (TSI) and Grubel-Lloyd index were analyzed five industries’ competitiveness and correlation in Jeolabukdo. Green energy is required propulsion market activation policies to deal with the external environment. and The automotive industry requires policy convergence between medium-sized enterprises and industrial development. Creating ICT industry is required to build industry clusters because major companies are not. Carbon convergence industry requires an active demand for excavation. Agricultural industry needs a high-value product development.

Abstract
This study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities for Shandong Province of China. the logistics industry will play more and more important role as assistance service in national economy development. Logistics Park is the new format of modern logistics industry, which develops very rapidly by integrating logistics functions to meet the logistics demands of the port, industrial parks and urban development. It may become one of the main forms of the integration of the logistics industry in future. Therefore, the planning and construction of modern logistics park is great significant, promoting China"s industry and the rapid development of the logistics park play intensive, transport convergence and the support of the joint expansion, and enhance logistics services and management levels, and promote regional economic development.

Abstract
Small and medium sized companies with huge vigor are becoming an important element of the Chinese economy facing an unexpected development opportunity. According to modern management theories, almost all strategic tools or models are based on transnational firms" history. For such companies have a complete organization structure, mature operations, and other good management mechanism. Therefore, they can adjust their strategy to the business environments. But for the small and medium sized companies, which are in their initial stage with uncertainty, it is significant to make specific strategy for them. Underpinning the belief that the growth of small and medium-sized companies is critical to economic development, the present study analyzes hidden champions attaining revenues comparable with large companies despite of the size. Recently, these firms are highlighted as an advanced business-management model. In order to accomplish this purpose, the current study use analyzes real cases of hidden champions. The results of the case analysis indicates that critical factors for success involve a technology development competence, customer-oriented philosophies, export market-centered policies, and the excavation of niche-markets, which are directly related to the company, and the political supports of a government. Moreover, the results show that most firms are using these factors efficiently even though every factor is not equally important to all companies. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that some factors play extremely instrumental roles for such hidden champions to develope their core competences. The present study applies the SWOT model to analyze the Chinese hidden champions’ internal resources and external environments. Specifically, the study combines the model with the Chinese demand structure, industry structure and industrial development strategies. Using the level of the Chinese actual and potential hidden champions, the current study proposes the corresponding measurements for hidden champions.
